Beds and pillows in my a double room were good. With a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a mini bar fridge available. The staff were superfriendly and helpful all the time. The location in a nice area was peaceful and comfortable. Also, main attraction such as King's Yard Gate was 2 miles from this hotel.

The room was well-appointed and exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed and a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. That hotel was in a quiet location, back to the ferry port. I didn't feel like leaving and will definitely go back there again...

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - centrally located and easy to get around. Secondly, the rooms were spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The only thing that could be improved upon was the WiFi connectivity. But overall, this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros of my stay at the hotel were the amazing staff, extremely friendly and attentive. Patricia, the housekeeper, was incredibly warm and helpful. The location was conveniently close to the city but far enough away to avoid congestion. The hotel provided transportation and organized our travel smoothly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with AC and satellite TV. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in the city.

Oh, the AC was a bit too cold at first, but who needs warmth when you can freeze to death in your own room? So much fun!

Our recent stay at Jam Lodge was an incredible experience. Located in a peaceful part of the city, surrounded by lush greenery, it offered a serene ambiance. The spacious, clean rooms had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The helpful staff went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable. With a variety of options, breakfast was a delightful start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

I got great value for my money at Jam Lodge. The room was immaculately clean with top-rate AC and satellite TV. The location was convenient, away from congestion but still easy to reach. The staff treated me like family and went out of their way to help me.

The receptionist didn't give restaurant recommendations, insisted on cash payment, and refused to give me the WiFi password. Clearly, they prefer guests to be clueless and disconnected.
